                Importance of good health??

      Every time an question arises that “What is health & why to be healthy??”  this question has many answers according to them who consider it is important part of our habits. Let me tell you what it means may be :            ” A state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of diseases or infirmity”  

or Health definition is – the condition of being sound, mind, or spirit; especially freedom from physical diseases or pain.                 ” Good health means being mentally, socially, emotionally and physically fit”.  Besides other parameters in life which is considered or involved in priorities, health also plays viral role now a days. Everyone should himself look after his health in order to free from physical problems, mental problems & psychological problems.

Importance of good health in human life:

The importance of good health in a person’s life is undoubtedly great. Health is the factor that helps a person perform his daily life tasks in a correct and right way. Most of the humans are busy in theirs life. Even they don’t have time to do extra activity that make them free from stresses which cause effect on mental health as well as physical health. The main purposes of eliminating stresses, tensions & anxiety from life are to maintain good health. & that’s why health is one of the important factor of life.It may be said that better life is directly proportion to good health. If a good health is maintained, good life will be remain automatically.

  • A good health leads a better health that keeps you away from many problems which restrict your life for sometime.
  • Health is a body’s functional and metabolic efficiency, and its ability to adapt to the physical, mental, and social changes.
  • Health is the opposite of diseases, and also means the safety of the body from physical, social, and mental disorders. 
  • A healthy person is a person is able to serve himself and his community. An unhealthy person who suffers from illness sees him weak and meager, unable to properly carry out the duties and responsibilities.
  • Psychologically unhealthy people are disturbed while working. A person who suffers from mental illness always sees him as a gloomy and pessimist and does not feel happy in his life and in his relationship with people. While you see a heathy person enjoying happiness in his life, establishing his relationship with people and showing love, kindness, and intimacy.

Finally, there must be considered various parameters to improve health if it is not ok. It becomes very important to avoid physical, social & mental disorders which interfere with life.

How can we maintain good health in our busy life?? 

As human is a social animal, he maintain various responsibilities in its life, and that’s why it become very difficult to maintain a good health on account of busy schedule. If human is serious as to his health, they can follow the following ways which helps in achieving good health and well-being: 

Healthy meals:

What you select to eat is closely related to boost your health. Taking a healthy diet can help boost your immune systems, which also helps in maintaining a healthy weight and in improving overall health.

Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet:

To add fruits and vegetables in breakfast is an ideal basis to start a healthy day. Fruits are capable in giving good nutrition as well as protein that helps you boost your immune system. So, you must take fruits early morning after exercise.

Drink a lot of water:

Water plays an important role in human body that keeps the body hydrated. Drinking a lot of water keeps muscles and joints working. Water promotes healthy skin and cardiovascular health and helps in cleaning toxins from your body. 

Do regular exercises:

Doing a moderate exercises for at least 30 minute a day, as exercises can help in making a day refresh throughout. Regular exercises make feel better entire day. At least choose basic exercises that keeps your body fit. It has ability to prevent from heart disease, stroke, cancer and diabetes.  

Get enough sleep:

Sleep means to give time to body to repair. Sleep plays an important role in good health throughout your life because it gives the body to repair and be fit and ready for another day. Taking enough sleep at the right times may help prevent physical health problem. Better sleep helps in protecting mental health issues & improve your quality of life.

Prevent substance abuse:

Avoid smoking, tobacco, alcohol, caffeine and sugary drinks. Smoking, alcohol, and tobacco consumption are harmful to your health, so avoid such things as soon as possible. When you quit, you will greatly reduce the risk of death from lung cancer and other life-threatening diseases such as heart disease, stroke, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, etc.

Wash your hands before eating a meal:

It is compulsory to wash hands before eating. It is good habit and an effective way to prevent infection. If we eat something without washing hands, it it more possible that the bacteria and germs that remain on your fingers and palms can be moved into mouth. this can affect our overall health and cause disease and infections.
